The Children’s Pyramid is comprised of licensed professional therapists and paraprofessionals in the following areas:

Physical Therapy

To provide activities to address your child’s gross motor and sensory motor development and improve muscle strength, balance and coordination.

Occupational Therapy

To address your child’s hand use, self-help and feeding development. The occupational therapist will also assess your child’s ability to take in information and learn from their senses (sensory integration).

Speech and Language Therapy

To work with your child to improve speech and language skills and/or implement alternative modes of communication if necessary. The speech pathologist also provides assistance with oral-motor and feeding skills.

Educational Therapy

To develop programs to enhance interaction and play skills to help your child learn about their environment.

Behavioral Consultation

All children test their limits. By observing and talking about your child’s challenging behaviors, successful strategies to manage them can be developed.

Family Services Associate

A unique paraprofessional position within The Children’s Pyramid. Each family is paired with a Family Services Associate to provide assistance as needed in areas such as: service coordination, family support and carryover services.
